refugees from all over the world converge in this part of the city, mostly for economic reasons.
Others settle in this part of the City because of the closeness and values of the Community. It is a
tough neighborhood. Tough in the sense of the strength and integrity of the people. People in the
area do not judge one another. They support one another. Judgments usually come from people
outside the community who don’t understand or experience the richness of this neighborhood.
